This "next generation" Tax Organizer provides you with a convenient way to collect and share your tax data with us and make sure you don't miss any important tax deductions.
To use this great tool, just call our office to receive your UserID and Password via email, and a copy of our Engagement Letter for you to sign and return. Your Web Organizer allows you to attach electronic files such as spreadsheets, PDFs and scanned documents. In addition, it will have your prior year's information, to help assist you in completing your current year data. Any information that you cannot attach electronically, you can send via U.S. Mail or by fax.
When you have completed your Web Organizer, you may submit it to us right over the web.

Please complete the following steps to take advantage of this tax organizer. 1. Click on the "Free Tax Organizer" button above to bring up the organizer in a new window. 2. Print the organizer by clicking on the printer icon on the top of the screen, or the organizers can be downloaded to your computer where you can fill and save the information until you have completed collecting all of your information. 3. After you have completed it, please forward the organizer (printed or digitally) and all supporting documents to our office for immediate service. 4. Once the completed organizer has been received, you will be contacted by phone, fax or e-mail with any questions, comments, or suggestions. If you e-mail our office advising us that you have sent your tax materials, we will notify you of their receipt. Please contact us at the office, any time, if you have questions.
